Social Networks VS Spam: Last News

I block you because I like you so much… or maybe not!

Offering a customised and top-quality user experience has been the main goal of every social platform since the dawn of social network times.
That’s the way it is, even when it comes to those popular catchphrases such as “On Facebook there are a lot of sh...enanigans I do not like!!!”
Yes, for those we don’t get it yet, the social network’s algorithm shows us contents similar to those we interacted with.
That is, if I spent time on the post Marco has just posted, full of pinky monkeys eating bananas, the algorithm is likely to show me other posts by Marco, or other posts with little elephants shaking their trunks to freshen themselves up. Then, if Marco’s post is actually a video, the algorithm could realize that I am a sort of serial video-viewer, and show me more and more video contents too.
In a few words… just stop complaining, because all that we see is up to us eventually!
There is no time to spark controversy though… let’s get back to the algorithm and how much it likes to offer its users a wonderful experience!
No time for losers so, in the first place, we find, on top of all tops, the true champions Facebook and Instagram. Yes, if you are wondering… this couple is always ahead of the game!

A wonderful thing in the world of Social Media Marketing is waking up in the morning and wondering how these social networks could astonish you today, letting them surprise you further on during the day with little but important changes, almost teeny-weeny ones sometimes…
The latest news comes from Facebook, which in the last few days has been introducing some little gimmicks to enhance the quality of its Groups.
Aside from the “conversation booster” “visual storyteller”, “rising star”, “often creates interesting content” badges and so on, in the last few days the opportunity to vote the quality of a comment has been implemented.

Once you have clicked on the up arrow you are asked the reason for your positive vote, action that you can skip too, as shown in the image below.

By clicking on the down arrow, you will simply give your evaluation without any further action.
Besides, when it comes to Facebook Groups, Group rules are set and highlighted, popping up the moment a user is posting a comment, to avoid spamming, inappropriate comments and so on. No more excuses then!
Social networks side with users who behave themselves… no ifs or buts about it!
Instagram too comes to the rescue in the fight against spam, thanks to a wonderful function: what is the purpose of blocking someone on IG if then they create another ten profiles to bother you again?
Keep calm, and block them all with just one touch!

With the new function “Block (username) and the new accounts they can create”, available by clicking on the three-dot button up, right next to a username, a lifetime solution is found and that user will no longer disturb us!
Simply WONDERFUL, isn’it? Now don’t ever say that Instagram hates you anymore!

“We were testing you, - said Woland, - Never ask for anything! Never for anything, and especially from those who are stronger than you. They'll make the offer themselves, and give everything themselves.”

And after quoting romantically, here we are at the end once again!

Keep calm and bloccali tutti in un colpo solo!

ME – RA – VI – GLIO – SO, non è vero?

Michail Bulgakov, Il Maestro e Margherita
