While googling, you often come to cope with problems which are very similar to the one you are dealing with, but the proper solution to your problem does not seem to be found right around the corner. Sometimes you may wind up in blogs, reading articles, but it is quite hard to find some sort of an “official channel” offering extremely reliable solutions, as well as Experts ready to answer all your questions.

Google Advertiser Community

Each time questions are related to Google Ads and Google Merchant Center, you can easily have access to the support provided by Product Experts, willing to help you solve your problem or to give you hints on the best methods to increase the performance of your Campaigns on Google Ads and Google Merchant Center.

Who Are Product Experts?

Product Experts are users who did show skills and knowledge of one or more Google products and, as a consequence of it, were awarded this title.
According to their own personal experience, there are different levels of Product Experts.
The Platinum Product Expert level has been introduced recently, and it is the very one Andrea Testa, Blubit’s CEO and founder, was awarded with, thanks to his great experience and expertise.

How To Ask Questions in the Community

First, it is necessary to log in the Community using one’s own Google Account.
Check the search bar placed in the middle of the screen to realize if someone already posted the question you are about to ask.

Didn’t you find the right answer to your problem? Scroll down and find the “Ask a Question” section.

In order to submit a request just follow three steps:

  • Ask a question
  • Select details
  • Describe and post

In the first section, called “Ask a question” it is possible to add your question's main title.
Just keep things short, and try being as clear as possible when it comes to your needs. Time for in-depth details will be at hand later. Then some possible answers to our problem, which are already present in the Community, are shown. If none of them is of help it is necessary to select the category our problem refers to.
A choice is possible among:

  • Standard Settings and Notions
  • Approval and Ad Norms
    Billing
  • Performance Optimization
  • Result and Conversion Measurement
  • Public Targeting and Remarketing
  • Google Shopping and Merchant Center
  • Other Questions on Google Ads

Once a category is chosen, it is possible to insert all the details to explain our problem. It is advisable not to be vague, and never forget that Product Experts do not have access to our own account. Therefore, they can see only what we opt for showing them. Please remember, before confirming, to check off the “Subscribe for updates“ box, in order to get notified via email once an answer to our problem has been posted.

Recommending Answers

Once the answer is available, it is also possible to recommend it publicly by clicking the “Yes” box. If the answer has clarified our doubt it is highly useful to recommend it, because this will have the effect of highlighting it and therefore help other users who face the same problem. In case further clarification is needed, we can answer back, and delve into the problem more deeply.

Italian communities dedicated to most of the Google products are available on the web, and every one of them has Experts who dedicate themselves completely to a specific kind of product.

Quante volte cercate assistenza su Google Ads per trovare una soluzione ad un problema? Siate sinceri… Sempre!

Durante la vostra ricerca, spesso, trovate problematiche simili ma non esattamente la soluzione al problema. Vi inoltrate in blog e leggete articoli, ma difficilmente trovate un “canale ufficiale” e degli Esperti pronti a rispondere alle vostre domande.

La Community degli Inserzionisti di Google Ads

Quando le domande riguardano Google Ads e Google Merchant Center invece è possibile accedere al supporto di Esperti di Prodotto, che sono pronti per aiutare a risolvere problemi o per suggerire la strada corretta, al fine di migliorare le performance delle Campagne su Google Ads e Google Merchant Center.

Chi sono gli Esperti di Prodotto

Gli Esperti di Prodotto sono utenti che hanno dimostrato capacità e conoscenze in uno o più prodotti di Google e sono stati premiati con questa qualifica.

Vedrete che nella piattaforma esistono diversi livelli di Esperti di Prodotto in base a quella che è la propria esperienza. Da poco è stato introdotto il livello di Esperto di Prodotto Platino titolo con cui è stata premiata l’esperienza e la competenza del nostro Andrea Testa.

Come fare una domanda nella Community

Come prima cosa collegatevi alla Community e fate il login con il vostro account Google.

Con la barra di ricerca posta al centro è possibile vedere se qualcuno ha già posto la vostra domanda e se ha ottenuto assistenza.

Benvenuto nella Community di Assistenza Google Ads

Non avete ancora trovato la risposta che cercavate? Scorrete in basso e troverete la sezione “fai una domanda”.

Il modulo per fare la richiesta è suddivisa in 3 parti:

  • Crea la tua domanda
  • Seleziona i Dettagli
  • Descrivi e Pubblica

Nella prima sezione “Crea la tua domanda” è possibile inserire il titolo della domanda. Non dilungatevi troppo in dettagli, ma cercate di essere chiari su quale sia il vostro problema. Avrete tempo dopo per inserire maggiori dettagli.

Proseguendo verranno fornite alcune possibili risposte, già presenti nella community, a quello che è il vostro problema.
Se nemmeno queste vi soddisferanno, andate a selezionare in quale categoria inserire il problema. 

Possiamo scegliere tra:

  • Impostazioni e Nozioni Base
  • Approvazione e Norme sugli Annunci
  • Fatturazione
  • Ottimizzazione del Rendimento
  • Misurazione di Risultati e Conversioni
  • Targeting per Pubblico e Remarketing
  • Google Shopping e Merchant Center
  • Altre Domande su Google Ads

Scelta la categoria potete procedere inserendo tutti i dettagli per poter chiarire al meglio il vostro dilemma.

Cercate di non essere vaghi e non dimenticate che gli Esperti di Prodotto non hanno accesso al vostro account, per cui vedranno solo quello che gli mostrate.
In questa fase è molto importante essere più chiari possibile.

Ricordatevi, prima di confermare, di verificare che la dicitura “iscriviti per ricevere aggiornamenti” sia spuntata, in modo tale da ricevere una notifica via email quando riceverete una risposta.

Consigliare la risposta

Ottenuta la risposta potrete consigliare la risposta cliccando sulla casella “SI”.
Se la risposta ha chiarito il vostro dubbio è una cosa molto utile consigliarla, perché andrà a posizionarsi in evidenza, e aiuterà altri utenti che possono trovarsi con il medesimo problema.

Nel caso aveste la necessità di ulteriori chiarimenti potete rispondere di conseguenza e approfondire ulteriormente il problema.
